My Libre Emblems are gone, what happened?

If your Libre Emblems seem to be missing, don’t worry. This usually happens for a few common reasons:


Case 1: I canceled a transaction or it failed, and now it shows I can mint 0 Libre Emblems

This is normal and temporary.

  • When a transaction is canceled or fails, the system adds a cooldown period to prevent duplicate minting for security reasons.

  • Please wait 5–10 minutes, then refresh the page.

  • After that, you’ll be able to mint your Libre Emblems again.


Case 2: I minted my Libre Emblems but don’t see them on the Star Badge page

Your minting likely succeeded, but the display needs a moment to update.

  • It can take a few minutes for blockchain data to sync with the Star Badge page.

  • Please wait 5–10 minutes and refresh the page.

  • To double-check your minted Libre Emblems, you can verify directly on the blockchain via Kaiascan.


Here are the steps to guide you through the process:

  1. Enter your wallet address on the Kaiascan blockchain explorer.
  2. Go to the KIP37 Balance tab. 
  3. Check the 'Token Count' next to this address: 0x4993c357e757c95273cda294df337c172cb1f65b
    • This is the address for the Libre Emblems. The Token Count indicates the number of Libre Emblems you own

In most cases, your Libre Emblems will appear shortly after waiting and refreshing.
